Your role as a Assistant Finance & Insurance Manager

As a Full Time Assistant Finance & Insurance Manager at Cadillac of Novi, you will play a crucial role in supporting the F&I Manager Team to process vehicle purchase contracts and financing paperwork efficiently. You'll engage directly with customers, guiding them through finance, lease, and insurance options, ensuring they fully understand their choices. Your attention to detail will shine as you prepare and maintain accurate documentation and reports, while also coordinating seamlessly with the sales team and lenders to facilitate smooth deal processing. By building rapport with clients, you'll create a friendly atmosphere that enhances their experience.

You will uphold compliance with dealership policies and state/federal regulations, all while performing administrative tasks set forth by the F&I Manager Team. In this fast-paced, high-volume environment, your multitasking abilities will be essential for success!
